Brazil is known the world over as one of the most prolific and dedicated of coffee producers. This selection from the Santos region in southern Brazil is easily the “softest” coffee we offer, and many people are surprised by how smooth and light it is on their palate.  The bean taste is mild to medium body and a very pleasant aroma.

 

Altitude: 900 - 1250 meters above sea level

  • Harvest: May - October

  • Processing: Dry processed, Sun Dried

  • Aroma: Slightly Sweet, Neutral

  • Flavour: Soft Cup, Clean, Round, Slightly Fruity Aftertaste

  • Body: Full

The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Fair Trade Organic Coffee is vibrant and intensely aromatic, with fruity and subtle earthy flavours. This is a lively 100% arabica coffee for those who can appreciate a complex, flavourful cup.  Featuring subtle fruity and chocolaty undertones, this Light roast also preserves a kick strong enough to get anyone ready to face the day.

The tropical Costa Rican Tarrazu Rainforest Alliance Coffee is an arabica coffee that is grown in high altitudes (1400-1600 meters) and has a lively and elegant taste, with high acidity. We're proud to help you do your part in combating global climate change by offering this coffee at the same price of many of our regular coffees.
Costa Rica's Tarrazu region contains extremely rich volcanic soil that provides ample nutrients for coffee trees to grow. The result is a coffee cherry and subsequent bean that has had all the nourishment it needs to develop it's flavours.

Far down near the southern edge of Mexico, the Chiapas region is right on the border of Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, so the coffees share some similar traits. And, just like our OFT Guatemalan coffee, we roast these Mexican beans to a light roast as well. This coffee has a balanced body and features the fruity and nutty flavor notes associated with the growing region. The acidity is bright, but not overpowering, and the aroma

A shade grown coffee that has a rich earthy flavor with lots of body. The aroma is heavenly. Fair Trade. Carefully tended to by local Sumatran farmers, Organic Sumatra 'Takengon' is cultivated, harvested, and naturally processed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. This smooth-tasting coffee produces a clean cup that is full bodied and has deep, rich flavor.
